Public Description of Self-Monitoring
We provide individualized and safe podiatry services. Below is a concise description of the key principles of our self-monitoring.
1. Service Delivery
We provide assessments, treatment, and guidance, as well as assistive device solutions when needed. Treatment is always planned according to the client's individual needs.
2. Client Data Processing and Data Protection
- Client data is processed only digitally (Vello).
- No paper client data is collected or stored.
- Data is protected with encrypted connections and access controls.
3. Client Safety
- Services are provided by a licensed podiatrist.
- The treatment facility is accessible and ensures privacy.
- Clear protocols are in place for needle stick injuries and hazardous waste handling.
4. Feedback Collection
We regularly collect feedback and use it to improve our services.
5. Risk Management
We identify and prevent risks such as needle stick injuries, slips and falls, and data security breaches. Measures are documented and updated as needed.
6. Plan Maintenance
The self-monitoring plan is updated at least annually or when operations change. Self-monitoring is managed by Satu Paunonen.
